It is; once I tried to build MILO to overcome its <1GB-root-partition
problem and after much fighting managed to produce several MILOs,
neither of which worked.  Born dead, I'd say.  Then something happened
and I suddenly got a working MILO.  Let's see how it'll go this time,
eventually with Chris' advise.

Good.  BTW, one particular thing I'm looking for right now is the
mechanism used by ARC/AlphaBIOS to pass arguments and how MILO can grab
them.  Is linload.exe a problem?  I only have SRM on my machine to play
with...
