Bug 18431 (procps): I am not the alpha maintainer

G'day Alpha-people,
I have a bug sitting on my list, 18431, which is about procps. Now I don't
own an alpha computer, let alone use one, so I cannot test this bug.

Can some kind soul look into this and fix it?

Thanks,
  - Craig
  Debian procps (i386!) maintainer
