New cpml-evX debs available from Compaq

Hi all...

Well, in responce to the last set of cpml-evX debs not working correctly,
I've fixed them (they now generate a proper shared lib and create the
proper links) and they've been posted to Compaq.  Below are the URLs for
the EV5 and EV6 cpml debs respectively.

NOTE: These replace the previous ones offered by Compaq, despite the
version numbers being identical (don't ask).
