Bug#1116954: libggml-dev: Please package 0.9 release
Hi,
upload is pending. I hit a snag in that the HIP backend can not be built
as of right now, so I'll need to disable it.
Upload will follow as soon as llama.cpp is also updated and tested,
sometime this weekend.

Technically, not yet. Upstream has started experimenting with semantic
versioning, but there are no guarantees of stability yet, and as of yet
no SOVER.
But I'm of course monitoring this, and will help where I can. Our symbol
tracking could be useful to upstream.
