debci 3.10+rocm6 uploaded: qemu+rocm backend exposes system info

Hi,

I've released a new version of our fork of debci to our APT repo [1].

This version modifies the qemu+rocm backend to expose system information
to regular users. Specifically, newly built images now
  * set kernel.dmesg_restrict=0 so that regular users may dump dmesg
  * bind-mount /sys/kernel/debug/dri to /dri so that users can access
    it (in particular amdgpu_firmware_info).

As these are short-lived throw-away VMs, there should be no meaningful
security downside to this.

The podman+rocm backend is deliberately not modified. If operators wish
to make this information from the host available to autopkgtests, they
can enable these features manually.

Best,
Christian
