When compiling llama.cpp with ROCm support and running it, I get a illegal instruction crash in the binary. The cause seem to be that rocblas is built with -mf16c.
I'm preparing an upload with a fix for this and a couple other minor issues. It just takes a long time to verify, as the build is so long.
