Thanks.  I'll try to rebuild it without mf16c.  My first test build
without any changes of rocblas 5.5.1+dfsg-5 took more than 6 hours and
failed with

  1307998 FAILED TESTS
  rocBLAS version: 2.47.0.

  command line: obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/clients/staging/rocblas-test --gtest_filter=-*known_bug* 

I guess it might be a uphill struggle to get this working on my test
machine. :/
