CI hardware wishlist

Hi folks,

My goal is to have every AMD GPU architecture on the CI [1]. We are slowly working our way towards that goal, and I've added a couple sections to the wiki to help plan.

The first is an acknowledgements section on the continuous integration workers page to thank various groups that have donated to hardware for the workers [2]. The second is a hardware wishlist for expanding coverage with new workers [3]. The page includes an 'inventory' listing of components that we have already acquired, a 'hardware pending' listing of components expected to be received soon, and a 'hardware wanted' listing of components we need.

I noticed there is a standard hardware wishlist location [4], but I was not brave enough to create the page for the Debian ROCm Team in case I got the WikiName wrong. If anybody is confident about what name should be used, the wishlist could probably be moved over to the main wiki.

In any case, the proposed systems, guernica, cardplayers, parnassus, and phoenix, would test most AMD APU architectures (gfx902, gfx90c, gfx1036, gfx1103). They also may be able to host a single discrete GPU, if it is low-power and works with PCIe passthrough. The other proposed systems, vultur and arctophylax, would test AMD multi-GPU workloads using XGMI (for gfx906 and gfx908). They would also be usable for running single GPU tests in parallel.

Sincerely,
Cory Bloor
