Side note: the gfx1101 is a W7700, not W7600.

I tried the 6.6 kernel from bookworm-backports, and this seems to have
resolved some issues: for example, the rocrand tests on gfx1101 suddenly
all passed.
I was using 6.5 kernel from bpo because the 6.6 -signed flavor is not
available for some reason.
I'll do some more digging but I'm optimistic about adding gfx1101 and
gfx1102 to the prod CI soon.
