ROCm profiling and CppHeaderParser deprecation

Hello everyone,

I was looking into packaging roctracer and I discovered it has a build 
dependency on CppHeaderParser [1]. However, CppHeaderParser has been 
deprecated in favour of cxxheaderparser [2]. Neither has been packaged 
for Debian.

Any thoughts on how to approach this?
