cmake-data: New patches to fix search for hip-lang

Hi folks,

It seems we now have a solution to "cmake-data: cmake does not search multiarch paths for HIP" (https://bugs.debian.org/1031799). See message below. I forgot to CC the list with this update.

This was the last major bug with HIP on Debian (at least that I know of), so I'm glad to see a proper resolution.
