Bug#1056170: Additional debugging data



I've contacted AMD developers for guidance. They suggested that I provide logs with the environment variable HSAKMT_DEBUG_LEVEL=7 and dmesg output. That information is attached.

In rocrand-dmesg.txt, the output from [  149.290367] and later corresponds to when I ran test_rocrand_basic. The entries before then are from the boot sequence.
