I've prepared a package for rocfft 5.2.3. I had some test
failures with version 5.3.3, so had to pick another version to
package and version 5.4.2 was blocked by bug #1028957.
I'm not familiar with writing man pages, so have not yet created a manual for the rocfft_rtc_helper executable. This is a program that librocfft invokes out to work around per-process locks within hiprtc. I've asked upstream to provide more documentation on this program.
librocfft is a chonky boi. The total installed size is 5.7 GiB.
