I've completed my copyright review of rocthrust and uploaded a package to mentors for review. The d/copyright file for this library was by far the most complex of any package I've examined thus far. I wonder if I made it more complicated than it had to be.
In any case, a lot of the code for rocThrust is the same as Thrust, so the d/copyright file for the existing libthrust package was a useful point of comparison [1].
