If it helps Debian packaging, I updated Fedora to 5.2.0, but I needed to revert a patch to work with LLVM 14:

I believe gfx1036 will be present in LLVM 15.

Side note, the developers are looking to try to be more compatible with stable LLVM versions, but after talking with them, it appears it's much easier said than done. I can see what I can do, but we might need to deal with patching this ROCm component for the next few releases.
