Hi Mo,

I have updated the packages to 5.0 already, should have consulted.
I can roll them back easily. Let me know.

Currently, rocm-cmake, roct-thunk, rocm-device-libs, rocr-runtime, 
rocm-smi-lib,
comgr, rocminfo compile at 5.0.
I have been struggling with hipamd today, still not packaging correctly, 
but almost [1].
