It seems you built against a changed .orig.tar.gz file; your new
.orig.tar.gz is smaller. If you repackaged the upstream sources, you
need to make a sourceful upload i.e. increase the upstream version
number (perhaps to 4.0.3dfsg or 4.0.4?). If the repackaging was not
necessary then please re-upload 4.0.3-6 built against the .orig.tar.gz
that is presently in unstable.
