Argh. I thought I eliminated that! Ah; I had, except for .PHONY : force;
I just forgot to actually delete the lines.

Ah. Since the Makefile is in a mtn workspace, it can assume that
workspace is from the same db (it wasn't when I first started this), so
I can delete this.
Fixed in ff1dd732fc3ca3549bb6bb93f89eafecba4af32e, synced.
