No; gnat-4.6 is not yet the default. Before it can become the default,
it has to build on kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips and mipsel.

Temporarily, yes; that's the only way you can test your packages.
Ideally, we should start uploading updated packages only after gnat-4.6
becomes the default.
