I have suspended 5454b08cc440e45eb46fe19044a15cffec5d283b

On the merge I have removed idls files with problematic license (that
what the case in 5454b08cc440e45eb46fe19044a15cffec5d283b)
But I didn't remove the files that were not in the MANIFEST
@Reto : you were the one who have done it for

can you explain why this is necessary please ? I don't find the
information anywhere, so before doing this work, I'd like to know why :)
