Reto Buerki is a new Debian Maintainer

For the third month in a row, I am proud to announce that a new person has
been accepted as an official Debian Maintainer. After Xavier Grave[1] and
Stephen Leake[2], Reto Buerki has now been granted permission to upload new
versions of his packages to the official Debian archive.

Reto started Debian packaging when he adopted opentoken from me in May 2008
(almost two years ago now). He has since then added several new packages
to Debian, the most significant being polyorb which took more than a year
to reach unstable(!). Reto has worked very well in collaborative
maintenance with Xavier Grave and myself on polyorb and demonstrated
excellent technical skills; he even took to lead the maintenance of
this very complex package. I trust he will use his new Debian Maintainer
powers wisely and eventually grow into a full Debian Developer.

Here is a list of packages that Reto currently maintains:

ahven -- Unit test library for Ada (new in 5.0 "Lenny")
libalog -- Logging framework for Ada (new in 5.0 "Lenny")
pcscada -- Ada bindings to PC/SC middleware (new in 6.0 "Squeeze")
polyorb -- Multiple-personality middleware for Ada (new in 6.0 "Squeeze")

Reto also maintained the OpenToken package for a while before entrusting
maintenance to Stephen Leake.

Please join me in sending well-deserved thanks and congratulations to Reto.
