Re: no speach from espeakup on Debian Bookworm



both espeak and espeak-ng work. When I do espeak or espeak-ng followed by a word like hello, I hear espeak speak the word.  I noticed from looking in /etc/alsa that pipe wire is being used. Does that make a difference?
