Ah, sorry, I happened to drop it, thinking it was an oldie.
Good news, however, is that it's now in the official images, so you can
use
https://d-i.debian.org/daily-images/amd64/daily/netboot/gtk/mini.iso

Not directly with the debian installer, using debian-cd would be needed.
But as documented on
https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/amd64/ch06s04.en.html
you can just stuff the firmware zipball on a USB stick and the installer
will find it.
