The latest weekly build is here, I had some problems because of sound card wasn't ready.

I just did an install using

https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-11.1.0-amd64-netinst.iso

without *ANY* problems.

Check your source.
