What would be needed to enable accessibility. Basically, what is
documented on https://wiki.debian.org/accessibility , which is what the
brltty / espeakup finish-install scripts do:
https://salsa.debian.org/a11y-team/brltty/blob/master/debian/brltty-udeb.prebaseconfig
https://salsa.debian.org/a11y-team/espeakup/blob/master/debian/espeakup-udeb.finish-install
Sure, ideally this should be rationalized into scripts that one could
just run at will. It's a matter of doing it :)
(and that's the reason why the debconf opt-in/out isn't implemented
yet: it's not just a matter of adding a mere debconf question, but also
reorganizing these bits in a common place)
