Well, no.

If we keep not enabling accessibility for everybody, we will

- prevent disabled people from being able to use a computer without
  having to ask for the administrator to install the required software
  (which she/he will not even know what that should be).

- keep having bugs in the accessibility stack, because the bugs will
  only show up for people who need accessibility, who mostly lack the
  technical knowledge to be able to fix them.  Exposing the issue to the
  world at large is the only way to manage to get these fixed, so that
  the experience is the same for everybody.
