Please have a look at our wiki: https://wiki.debian.org/accessibility Searching twice for "expert" jumps straight to the paragraph where instructions on how to enable expert mode are given. I'm guessing that expert mode allows to deselect accessibility, even though it was active during installation. I haven't tried this myself so far.
