Package: gnome-orca

Hi everyone,

after installing Debian Lenny, I wanted to configure orca. As I carried out the installation of the gnome-orca package on the text console anyway, I meant to start the text setup right away too. This would have the advantage that one could read the available options with the braille display.

The text setup was not started. I received the following errors:

simon@lenny:~$ orca --text-setup
/var/lib/python-support/python2.5/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py:72: GtkWarning: could not open display
  warnings.warn(str(e), _gtk.Warning)

It would be nice it this problem could be fixed as the text setup is a good alternative to the speaking-only setup.

Best regards, Simon
