Bug#759743: Fix sphinxbase build on hppa architecture

The testsuite of sphinxbase fails to run on the hppa arch, as can be seen here:

But since other big endian have the testsuite disabled, it should be disabled for hppa too (hppa is a big-endian arch).
The trivial attached patch for the debian/rules file fixes this by adding hppa to the big endian arches.
