Bug#757636: gnome-orca: Create a binding to speak the character where is the focus on

Package: gnome-orca
Version: 3.12.2-1
Severity: wishlist

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

I moved my cursor in a text on the line, then did other things out of the computer.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

I tried to know on what character is the focus. While I can know the character
where is the flat review on, I need to press right then left arrow keys to know
where my focus is at a given time.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

I had to move the cursor to know its place.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

A key could be pressed to speak on which character is the focus.

Regards,
