If I remember correctly, you need a new version of speech-dispatcher for this, and that is waiting for a new version of dotconf, which is waiting for a transition approval [1]. If I am correct, feel free to work on this in experimental (as that has updated dotconf and speech-dispatcher), if I am wrong, don't hesitate to let me or us know. If you have this working, and we still don't have approval for dotconf, I am willing to patch speech-dispatcher to work with the current dotconf. Please keep us informed.
