Epiphany has already been switched to webkit2 in 3.8 (sid) and 3.12
(experimental, should be uploaded to sid very soon).
Yelp hasn't been ported upstream, but there is some work upstream, see:

I imagine the port will be done for 3.14, which may or may not be shipped in
jessie (we will ship either GNOME 3.12 or 3.14).
