Re: Bug#744849: espeakup: usb speakers inaccessible on use and during installation

Here is a typescript file from talkingarch obtained from
http://talkingarch.tk/ with aplay -L output and lsusb -v output as well.
Perhaps some interesting hardware details got exposed.

I expected to be able to switch from conventional stereo speakers by modifying configuration file and expected espeakup would find those usb speakers when I tried an install, archlinux has no trouble with this at all for whatever reason. Also documentation in /etc/default/espeakup for this case was missing.

> The script file shows what sound equipment is on this machine and I don't know what to extract from here to put in that last export statement in /etc/default/espeakup. The fact that the debian installer also fails to find and use my usb speakers points at a larger problem though.
