Hello Jarek,
In Debian, Ubuntu, Knoppix and alike resides my daisy-player and
eBook-speaker.
daisy-player
A full featured DAISY cd player for Linux.
eBook-speaker
read aloud eBooks, text documents or scanned documents using a software
speech-synthesizer like espeak.
May I ask you if you will be so kind to translate these applications
into Polish.
