Bug#704733: Package has a useless and misleading menu entry.

What program are you using to launch your menu items? I think this xterm
bug is not in eBook-speaker, but in the program that launches the
desktop item. Indeed, I can not reproduce this on my KDE system (using
Dolphin to run ebook-speaker on a epub file) running Wheezy, even after
removal of xterm. It just launches my x-terminal-emulator as you already
proposed.
