This bug is relevant to the accessibility of the package.
but maybe we can expand more, for instance:

This bug is relevant to the accessibility of the package, i.e. the
use of the package by people with disabilities (blindness, hearing
impairment, etc.)
I am also wondering whether the BTS would be able, when the tag is set
at bug submission, to automatically Cc the debian-accessibility list?
