AT-SPi 2 and Orca packages
I managed to build AT-SPI 2 2.3.5 and Orca 3.2.2 packages based on Luke's
changes to the AT-SPI 2 packages for Ubuntu. I found that git-import-orig and
uscan considerably simplified the task. I am sure it would have been even
easier for an experienced package maintainer.
After everything was installed, I was able to get Orca running with AT-SPI 2
and a reasonably up-to-date Gnome installation from Sid.
Orca doesn't start automatically when the desktop environment is loaded, but
I'm sure there's a setting available to fix this.
I didn't upgrade Orca to 3.3.5 because this version requires GTK 3.3.91 or
later, which isn't in Debian yet.
The dependencies of the Orca package need to be updated. I couldn't find a Git
repository for the Orca packaging files, so I just ran apt-get source,
edited the watch file to make it work and updated with uscan.
To summarize, the packages are:

Yes, I should have put "local" in the names to distinguish them from
official packages.
