reportbug accessibility question

Is the software able under any limiting set of circumstances able to 
document a screen reader version and in the case of hardware screen 
readers manufacturer and model of screen reader in use when reportbug was 
run?  If this information doesn't get captured in future I'll put it in 
any reportbug log I send in in the comments section.
