This is strange. Apt-cache shows the at-spi packages depends on libatk.

It's clear something isn't right.
How does a package contain a file that's supposed to be part of another package?
I'm not critisizing anyone, just trying to understand and help make the next debian release have the best access to the gui.
Like it or not, more and more things are only possible with a gui app.
