Should speech-dispatcher perhaps recommend sox? It should be obvious
enough to users that they need to install e.g. espeak to get
speech-dispatcher's espeak module working, but having to install e.g.
sox is much further from obvious, so having it installed by default
through recommendation would probably be good.
