Maybe it's just me, but this seems rather pointless. Yes I know analogue
clocks usually only have marks for every 5 minutes, but you can see or
feel the position of the minute hand between these marks, allowing you to
determine for yourself how far from a given time it is.
Applying the vagueries of analogue time to a computer program is just
plain silly, when you consider that not only does the computer know what
minute it is, it knows the second and probably down to three or more
Since in my opinion this program is obviously highly inaccurate (or more
correctly non-accurate), arguing about when or whether it should say
"exactly" is probably rather academic.
