It'll contain at least festival and speech-tools. Then it'll be needed to contact the various maintainers of speech synthetisers to tell them the group exists and invite them. To know them, only aptitude show and aptitude search can help, it's very fastidious (that's why I cannot do this immediately). But you can start sending a message if you want to some maintainers.
