Re: voxin
Install speech-dispatcher (Debian package). Then install
speech-dispatcher-ibmtts (in voxin/Packages/Debian.squeeze. Then, check
in speechd.conf that the sound is what you use (pulse" or "alsa". Then
run speech-dispatcher as normal user. It should work.
