Hi,
Yes, ~/.local was introduced in Orca 2.91 and newer. As squeeze includes
2.30.2, it's perfectly normal that you have ~/.orca instead of ~/.local.
If you want to do some pinning, you have to create ~/.local by hand in
order to run orca 2.91 for the 1st time.
