>From the BrlAPI point of view, yes.  From other points of view, I just
cannot speak :) (e.g. contraction has seen a lot of changes recently,
were these improvements or fixes after the unicode craziness?)

It looks like things have calmed down for some time, maybe Dave would
gladly do a release.
