Non-official mini-netinstall CD

I joust recognize that this CD for the version 'Etch' (the next version)
of debian is, however I would like to install the version 'Sarge'. I
am not comfortable to have a version of Debian with the status
'testing' or 'unstable.

Can I use this mini-netinstall CD to install 'Sarge' or work it only
for the version Etch?
