I looked pages with Lynx ant they looks good, no accessibility
problems.
You looked? - Sorry, I do not know, who can view with eyes here and who
not.
What I am especially interested in is, if one page is worse with screen
readers or or speach browsers or better or equal.
Please compare the next three english language pages, which have all
the same content. If you do not want to write a note into the list,
whether you are a blind person or not, you may send me a private answer
to mention how you read web pages.
The first URL is the current developers' corner on debian.org. The
second one is changed using divs and css instead of tables. It
includes heading lines for the five sections in the page. The third one
is like the second one but has a page menu under the first paragraph.
It would be possible to include a link to go back to top of page
between the sections too.
(1) http://www.debian.org/devel/index.en.html
(2) http://www.witch.westfalen.de/debian/dwww/devel/index.en.html
(3) http://www.witch.westfalen.de/debian/dwww/devel/index2.en.html
Do you prefer any of these three versions?
Do you have any comments, what is bad and could be better, if possible?
Do you like to have a link to go back to top at the end of each section?
PS: Does noone have a hint, if there is something I can install, to get
an impression myself? I cannot read braille. But what about speaking
browsers?
greetings
Jutta
