That's an odd question to ask. You can't argue with the ABI specification when
you can just make up your own one. And it's not that I haven't done extensive
testing for that.
My tests have shown that Amiga Unix based on SVR4 using ELF binaries uses 4 bytes
alignment. If that isn't a representation of the official ABI then I don't know
what is.
