Just updating some buildd sid chroots and I got this on this fine morning.I have reverted my perl installation to the last working version found in my deb cache 5.10.0-14 in order for debconf to install and setup packages correcly. If you want a temporal fix for your machine you can download 5.10.0-14 from http://labb.zafena.se/m68k-sid/ and install those with dpkg.
