Rebuilding glibc didn't help any (as expected). gcc does not appear to
generate different object code at all when using -pie (using 4.1.3 on
powerpc, as well as 4.0.4 on ix86 in addition to current 4.1 on m68k). So
I guess it'll be binutils, then.
